From an ordinary webshop to an investment case

At Comforth Scandinavia shop, we took over the responsibility for the digital marketing in September 2021.

Comforth.dk had an okay turnover and the data looked promising, but in the past they had tried to scale up the shop repeatedly without success.

We used this framework for Comfort:

  1. Identify advertising issues.
  2. Develop new campaigns to improve stability and profitability.
  3. Introduce more creative ideas to challenge the old advertising approach.

The testing process included:

  • Testing creatives, structures, and offers.
  • Adjusting tests and target groups as needed.

This approach was implemented right away and helped scale the case.

Following the initial test

The next couple of months focus where 3 things:

  • Omni presence
  • Scaling (profitably)
  • Optimizing content and the use of content.


We focused on three points to make the webshop standout

1) create brand recognition
2) increase brand equity
3) relevant creatives and  offers, targeted to different audiences.

All the time the focus was to drive conversions from day to day, but also build relationships with future and already existing customers.

This long term focus ensured growth from month to month.
