The current data on Google analytics were unclear and didn’t give a credible overview of the store's performance.
Thus, the priority was to set up a better framework on Google Tag Manager and make sure the data received is credible and gave a credible overview. That would make it a lot easier to analyze campaigns, customer journeys and to do actions on the basis of the data.
Google ads tracking:
We set up a new google ads conversion tracking.
Quickly we saw an increase of 5 in the overall ROAS of the Google ads campaigns.
The upcoming actions of the webshop were unclear.
So in order to improve the webshops performance we made sure there was a clear roadmap for the webshop and the digital marketing for the upcoming period.
We took full ownership of the execution of the plan and delegated tasks to the right people within the team.
Furthermore, the number one goal of Van Eyck was to increase the number of new/cold customers, which was the basis of almost all of the actions and optimizations.
